SHIPPING POLICY
All domestic shipping (within Canada) is free. If you want tracking there is a $15.00 charge. For international shipping, there is a $30.00 Charge.
Each piece of jewellery is made especially for you. Please allow at least 1 to 2 weeks prior to shipping for the jewellery to be hand-crafted in our London, Ontario studio. Once ready, all orders will be sent the next business day by Loomis or Expedited Canada Post unless otherwise specified by the buyer. Please advise if you would like alternate shipping means or if additional insurance is required. We are happy to accommodate any special shipping needs.
Joy Annett Designs is not responsible for lost shipments. We also cannot be held accountable for unforeseen conditions that delay delivery time - such as the weather.
We are happy to ship internationally for a flat rate of $30.00. Any import duties and taxes are charged when the parcel reaches the destination country, and these charges must be paid by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and these charges must be paid by the recipient. We have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country. If you have questions related to customs charges please contact your local customs office.
RETURN POLICY
At Joy Annett Designs we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We are happy to accept returns within 10 business days of the orders delivery. Returned merchandise must include the original packaging, and be in the same condition as it was when it arrived. Any used merchandise will not be accepted, unless it is defective. Any purchases of sale or promotional items are final. Please contact info@joyannettdesigns.com with any return inquiries and for a return authorization number.
Refunds will be given in the same form as the original payment. Once the item has been returned to the sender, please allow 5 to 7 business days for processing. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Please note: Returns and/ or refunds will only be granted it the request is made within 10 business days of the orders arrival. Joy Annett Designs is not responsible for any lost or return packages. Refunds will only be granted once the merchandise has been received and evaluated as being in its original, unused condition.
There are no refunds for custom or engraved pieces of jewellery.

At Joy Annett Designs we accept payments by all major credit cards and also by debit cards through The Square platform. WE also accept e-transfers.
