We want you to be happy with your order. We accept returns within 10 business days of the order's delivery. Returned merchandise must include the original packaging and be in new condition. Please contact us with any return inquiries and for a return authorization number. We do not refund any freight charges.

The warranty for Joy Annett Designs is for one year from the date of purchase. After that time we will gladly repair your piece for a small fee dependant on the nature of the repair needed. The cost of shipping is not included.

All domestic shipping within Canada is free with $150.00 purchase before tax. Each piece is made to order. Please allow up to 2 weeks for us to make your jewellery in our London, Ontario studio prior to shipping. All orders will be shipped expedited post or by Loomis. We will ship internationally for a flat rate of $ 20.00. Any import duties or taxes that are charged when the parcel reaches the destination country must be paid by the receiver.

Use the provided polishing cloth to gently wipe the jewellery clean. Then remove any tarnish with mild diluted soap. Rinse with warm water and dry the jewellery thoroughly before storing in the provided box.

Each piece of jewellery is individually forged start to finish in Joy's London, Ontario studio using timeworn hammers, anvils, hand tools and torches. Joy uses the highest quality recycled silver. Since the jewellery is handmade it slight variations do occur.
