"Go To" Necklace

We want you to be happy with your order. We accept returns within 10 business days of the order's delivery. Returned merchandise must include the original packaging, and be in new condition. Please contact us with any return inquiries and for a return authorization number. We do not refund any freight charges.

Joy Annett Design's jewellery is warranteed for one year from the date of purchase. After that time we will glady repair your piece for a small fee dependant on the nature of the repair needed. The cost of shipping is not included.

All domestic shipping within Canada is free with $150.00 purchase before taxes.

Each piece is made to order. Please allow up to 2 weeks for us to make your piece in our London, Ontario studio prior to shipping. All orders will be shipped Canada expedited post or by Loomis. 

Joy Annett Designs will ship internationally for a flat rate of 20.00. Any import duties or taxes that are charged when the parcel reaches the destination country must be paid by the receiver.

Use the provided polishing cloth to gently wipe the jewellery clean. Then remove any tarnish with mild diluted soap. Rinse with warm water and dry the jewellery thoroughly before storing in the provided pouch.

Each piece of jewellery is individually forged start to finish in Joy's London, Ontario studio using timeworn hammers, anvils, hand tools and torches. Joy uses the hignest quality recycled silver. Since the jewellery is handmade it can vary slightly.
