Please contact us with any return inquiries and for a return authorization number. We do not refund any freight charges.
The warranty for Joy Annett Designs is for one year from the date of purchase. After that time we will gladly repair your piece for a small fee dependant on the nature of the repair needed. The cost of shipping is not included.
